This page is a tool to educate you as to how our proven process & general pricing works.  

Our Design & Build Process

1) Preliminary meeting about design/Budget

We will sit down and start by talking about what you want. This is a free consult meeting.

5) Construction contract/

Pulling permit

 A construction contract is signed and we start the permit pulling process.

2) Architect meeting

 A free meeting will be set up with one of our architects. We will start to discuss how you want your new home to look and feel.

6) Construction

pre-drywall

Every step of construction from breaking-ground until drywall.

3) Development contract/

Design phase

A development contract is  designed to give you everything you need to be ready for permitting & construction.

7) Construction

 post-drywall

Every step of contruction from drywall to move-in. 

4) Development completion/

Construction Pricing

At this point your project is fully developed and we can now give you a hard bid on your actual construction project.

8) move-in/punch-list

30 days after completion of your project we will return to fix noted issues and do finishing touches.

Design & Development includes everything necessary to move your dream project from your head to paper and make it ready to pull building permit.

Prices may vary significantly as these are just general prices per square foot and can not be depended upon to give you an accurate price on your new home. This table is merely  a tool to give yourself a very basic idea as to what your new home may cost. Get in contact to learn more.

 

Simply take the desired build grade price per sqft and multiply it by the desired number square feet you want in your new home to get a general cost.

Remodels
